Nadim has over 35 years of Executive and Operations management experience with General and Specialty Contractors. He held key management position with companies such as:

• Stanley Security: District General Manager and NW Area Leader

• Siemens Building Technologies: General Manager

• Omega Security, Pinkerton Company: President

• Pinkerton Security Integration: VP of Operations

• Convergint Technologies: Operations Manager

• ACME Security: VP Operations

 

Nadim founded and managed Integrated Security Network (ISN), a division of Honeywell. At ISN, Nadim designed and delivered specialized training and support programs to Security Integrators with exceptional results. He developed the Certified Security Project Management (CSPM) Program.

Nadim holds a MSCE Degree in Construction Management and a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. He also holds a General Electrical Contracting License in the State of California, California Alarm Company Qualified Manager License and ASIS’s Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He is also a Certified Trainer for CEDIA.
