The Senior EPC Management Team is composed
of four highly skilled and experienced professionals– each
one possessing expertise in one or more of EPC’s key
service areas.
NADIM SAWAYA
Principal
Mr. Sawaya has over 22 years of executive
and project management experience with general and specialty
contracting
companies.
Presently, he is a principal in Enterprise Performance
Consulting (EPC), a firm that provides Security and
Fire
Integrators
with consulting services and professional training programs.
Previously, he founded and managed Integrated Security
Network (ISN), a division of Honeywell. At ISN, he designed
and
delivered specialized training and support programs
to over 80 Security and Fire Integrators with exceptional
results.
Prior to ISN, Mr. Sawaya held several executive positions
with Pinkerton Systems Integrations, including Acquisition
Manager, Regional President and Vice President of Operations.
His accomplishments at Pinkerton earned him both the
1996
Most Improved Region Award and the 1997 President of
the Year Award – the company’s Highest Achievement
Award. Mr. Sawaya also held key management positions
with JWP, Landis & Gyr (Siemens SBT) and Pauling-Rapco
JV.
Mr. Sawaya holds a Masters Degree in Construction
Management and a General Electrical Contracting License
from the
State of California.
PIERRE TRAPANESE
Senior Consultant
An accomplished project manager, Mr.
Trapanese possesses a unique and diverse skill set.
He has managed the
implementation of complex automated control systems,
combining security,
fire, fire suppression, HVAC, communication and
network systems. Through his extensive experience with
companies
such as Adobe Systems, Novell, Kaiser Permanente,
University of California and several government
and military installations,
Mr. Trapanese has developed a thorough understanding
of contractual law, project accounting, change
order negotiations
and project management – including scheduling,
cost controls, procurement and estimating.
STEVEN
DEITZER
Senior Consultant
Mr. Deitzer brings a track record
of accomplishment to EPC. Beginning as an engineer
in the industry,
he quickly
demonstrated
success and built a reputation which led him to
the first Presidency of TechNet, the engineering
arm of
SecurityNet.
As a project manager, he directed large jobs for
Fidelity, Humana, and Ford, among others. He established
a consulting
arm in his company, writing specifications most
notably for Fidelity and Proctor & Gamble.
His work led him to Operations Management of a
branch, and finally, the Eastern
Region of Pinkerton Systems Integration. He was
a key contributor to developing estimating and
operations manuals for PSI,
and a noted trainer of Project and Operations
Management techniques. He is a degreed Electrical
Engineer and CPP.
Mr. Deitzer continues to exercise his skills currently
as an Operations Manager for a rapidly growing
engineering
consulting firm.
HEIDI TEND
Project/Logistics Manager
Ms. Tend brings more than 10
years of logistics and process project management
experience to
EPC. Most
recently, Ms.
Tend served as Logistics Manager for ISN,
where she managed such projects as courseware curriculum
development,
training
certification and training coordination. Prior
to joining ISN, she served as Logistics Manager
for
the Center
for Project Management (CPM), based in San
Ramon
California. In this challenging and rewarding
position, Ms. Tend
coordinated
all aspects of the company’s domestic
and international training programs, totaling
more than 700 in her tenure. |
